Kontrak perjanjian :

1.      Biaya yang harus dibayar klien pada penerjemah adalah 25 ribu rupiah per halaman jadi, dengan ketentuan dokumen sebelum diterjemahkan berbentuk Pdf., Ms. word., Ms. Excel dengan font “Times New Roman” ukuran 12 spasi 1,5. 
   Margin:
   Atas: 4 cm; Kiri: 4 cm; Kanan: 3 cm; Bawah: 3 cm 

2.      Tidak ada tawar menawar harga.

3.      Batas waktu penerjemahan ditentukan berdasarkan kesepakatan antara penerjemah dengan klien.

4.      Apabila sampai batas waktu yang telah ditentukan terlampaui, sedangkan terjemahan belum selesai, maka klien berhak mengurangi pembayaran sebesar 10 persen dari total biaya yang telah disepakati.

5.      Batas waktu keterlambatan penerjemahan adalah 1x24 jam dari waktu yang telah disepakati.

6.      Excellanguage Translation Service (ETS) menerima pemesanan projek penerjemahan via E-mail, WhatsApp,BBM, dan Facebook.

7.      Klien harus menyertakan biodata pribadi atau instansi saat memesan terjemahan, serta bersedia membayar uang muka sebesar 50 persen.

8.      Penerjemah akan menyerahkan hasil terjemahan dalam bentuk softcopy, kecuali jika klien meminta hardcopy, maka pembayaran ditambah sebesar 10 persen dari harga terjemahan perhalaman.

9.      Apabila setelah proses penyuntingan (editing) diperlukan revisi atau koreksi terjemahan, permintaan revisi atau koreksi ini harus disampaikan secara tertulis oleh klien kepada penerjemah dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 1 x 24 jam setelah penerimaan hasil terjemahan. (tanpa biaya tambahan)

10.   Apabila klien mengirim permintaan koreksi melebihi batas waktu di nomor 9, maka penerjemah akan mengenakan biaya tambahan sebesar 50 persen per halaman untuk proses revisi atau koreksi.

11.   Kedua belah pihak (klien dan penerjemah) harus melaksanakan perjanjian ini.

12. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan via transfer ke BRI atau BTN

Contract of agreement :

1.      Charge of service is IDR 25 thousands per translated page by the following requirements: the pre-translated document must be in Pdf., Ms. word., Ms. Excel, font “Times New Roman” 12 space 1,5.
   Margin:
   Top: 4 cm; Left: 4 cm; Right: 3 cm; Bottom: 3 cm 

2.      No bargain

3.      The deadline of translation depends on the translator and client’s agreement.

4.      If the result of translation was not finished over the deadline, then the client have the right to deduct the payment for 10 percent of the total charge.

5.      The maximum retardation of translation result is 24 hour after the deadline.

6.      Excellanguage Translation Service (ETS) accepts order of translation project via E-mail, WhatsApp, BBM, and Facebook.

7.      Client has to provide self or agency’s identity when ordering the service, and disposes down payment for 50 percent.

8.      The translator will submit the result of translation in softcopy, unless the client asks for the hardcopy, there will be additional amount of charge for 10 percent of translation charge per page.

9.      If there is correction or revision of translation result after editing process, the demand must be submitted by client to the translator no longer than 24 hours after accepting the translation result. (no additional charge needed)

10.   If the demand of correction or revision is over the deadline in the number 9, then the translator will propose additional amount of charge 50 percent per page for revision or correction process.

11.   Both translator and client have to obey these agreements.

12. The payment can be transferred to BRI or BTN
